This operation is based in the US, so the employee will be required to work in the Eastern Time Zone i.e., from 6:30 pm to 2:30am IST. Strong verbal and written English skills are a necessity. Job description Propark Mobility is seeking a qualified candidate to fill an important corporate administrative position within the Risk Management and Claims department. This position is designed to be full time, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 6:30pm to 2:30am IST. This is a fully remote position. The primary responsibilities include a variety of administrative tasks that support the corporate claims department. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: First point of contact for claims correspondence. Placing orders with vendors including appraisers and rental car agencies. Provide accurate & timely claims data entry, auditing, and research using proprietary claims software system. Draft written correspondence. Assist in the creation of training documents. Meets all quality standards and expectations in accordance with the role. Other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications include, but are not limited to: 3-5 years experience working in a claims, customer service, or administrative environment. Have a bachelors degree. General computer knowledge including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to maintain a high level of trust and integrity while dealing with confidential information. Ability to maintain a calm demeanor during times of stress and change. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are an absolute must. Accuracy is critical.
