🔹 Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for

  both tech and non-tech positions

  across departments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, internal networks, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates, and coordinate interview processes.
• Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams, maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
• Maintain and update the hiring tracker with real-time progress.
• Work in a

  fast-paced environment

  with multiple open roles and tight timelines.
• Suggest improvements to recruitment processes and contribute to strategic hiring decisions.

🔹 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience

  , preferably in a fast-growing startup or tech environment.
• Strong experience hiring for

  both technical and non-technical

  roles.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
