About the role: You’ll be the reliability engine for our marketing analytics PODs— owning daily/weekly/monthly report population, quality checks, and on-time delivery. You’ll keep runs healthy, surface anomalies early, and ensure marketers have clean, ready-to-use numbers—every day. What you’ll do (Responsibilities): • Populate and deliver daily/weekly/monthly performance templates for assigned accounts (fixed structures provided by Marketing). • Weekly/Monthly data fills for recurring decks (no redesign), with strict cut-offs. • Run/monitor scheduled refreshes in BI tools; maintain a simple delivery calendar and status tracker. • Perform QC checks (spot reconciliations, outlier scans) before every drop; flag anomalies with clear context to the Sr Analyst. • Help configure non-coding alerts/notifications (e.g., Looker schedules, Slack/WhatsApp updates using existing connectors); Marketing owns sending. • Record delivery status (time, file/link, notes) and raise blockers early for ETA resets. What you’ll bring (Requirements): • 1–3 years in MIS/Reporting/Operations (agency or performance marketing preferred). • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (INDEX/MATCH/ XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleaning). • Comfortable with BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Metabase) as a power user. • Impeccable attention to detail; calm under daily cut-off pressure; clear written updates. Nice to have: Basic SQL (read-only), experience with scheduled BI deliveries/alerts.
