Senior Recruiter - IT

As a Recruitment Specialist at IMS People Possible, your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for various job positions. You will be required to build and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you will review job requirements, assess applicant qualifications, and research new technologies to enhance the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: - Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates - Reviewing job requirements and matching them with applicant qualifications - Researching new technologies to improve recruitment strategies - Maintaining a comprehensive candidate database - Preparing and sending daily recruiting reports to the team manager - Handling client interactions and managing conference calls - Mentoring and training junior recruiters to enhance team performance Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any discipline - 1 to 3 years of experience in US Recruitment - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office, internet navigation, and social media platforms - Recruiting and sourcing expertise - Negotiation and selling abilities - Analytical skills for assessing candidate suitability Please note that this position is based in Ahmedabad and requires working onsite during the shift timing of 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST.
