Role Overview:

This position is part of the India Lateral Hiring team and will focus on managing end-to-end lateral and leadership hiring for corporate functions within the BPO business

Key Requirements:

  • Mandatory experience in lateral hiring for international BPO operations.
  • Proven track record of hiring for Operations, Quality, and Support functions across various levels – from Team Leaders to senior leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of BPO industry dynamics, talent availability, and hiring practices.

Academic Credentials and Experience

  • Any Graduate
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience with 3+ years of experience in Sourcing Lateral Hiring for BPO industry
  • Minimum 1 year experience managing ‘IJPs’ for various Lateral roles
  • Well verse with Excel, Dashboard, and Presentations (PPT)

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, offer negotiation, presenting the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Proven experience in handling non-technical hiring, with the ability to consistently deliver 20+ mid to senior-level roles.
  • Experience in managing Internal Job Postings (IJPs) for internal promotions and lateral movements across mid to senior-level positions.
  • Partner closely with leadership and key stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies, ensuring timely and quality closures.
  • Strong knowledge of BPO industry trends and market dynamics, with the ability to advise stakeholders and design tailored hiring approaches for operations roles.
  • Leverage cost-effective sourcing channels including job portals, social media, and employee referrals to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain an active talent pipeline for critical and high-demand roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas and information clearly and effectively across all levels and communication channels.
  • Design and implement structured selection processes to ensure fair, consistent, and high-quality hiring practices.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and timely delivery of hiring requirements as per agreed TATs.
  • Maintain proactive communication with hiring managers and share regular hiring updates through weekly trackers.
  • Uphold compliance standards by ensuring recruitment processes align with internal governance and audit requirements.

  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Can plan, prioritize and set expectations to ensure adherence to deadlines for self and staff
  • Excellent with MS Office tools and should be able to manage MIS with ease
