What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, scientific and support roles
• Lead sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, networking and targeted outreach
• Conduct professional screening calls to assess communication and technical fit
• Coordinate interviews with Analysts, Lab Heads, QA, Operations, Auditors and Leadership
• Work closely with HR consultants for specialised hiring
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, dashboards and compliance documentation
• Strengthen employer branding and ensure a smooth candidate experience

What We Expect

• 8–10 years of recruitment experience with strong exposure to technical/scientific hiring
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Ability to understand laboratory and Scientific roles (Analysts, QA, Instrumentation, Regulatory, Engineering, IT, Sales etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and closing skills
• Ownership mindset with ability to manage multiple roles independently
• Good computer proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Qualification

• Graduate / Post-Graduate (ideally from the Science stream)
