About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled React Native Developer. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building consumer-facing mobile applications and has successfully contributed to or self-published a live app in the Google Play Store. This role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing directly to a product designed to impact millions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy React Native applications for the Google Play Store
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers & Engineers to ship features
• Maintain app assets in Google Play
• Optimize app performance and troubleshoot/debug issues as they arise
• Lead code reviews and ensure high code quality
• Work within an agile environment to meet project deadlines and milestones

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable institution (e.g., IIT, BITS or other tier-1)
• 4+ years of professional experience in React Native development
• 2+ years of experience with React Web and TypeScript
• Solid grasp of Computer Science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Experience working in consumer startups is highly preferred
• Experience building with LLM API’s is highly preferred

Preferred:

• Proficient in React Native, React Navigation, React Query, Context API, React Native Firebase and React Native UI/UX Component libraries
• Experience implementing push notifications and A/B Testing (setting up framework and launching, evaluating A/B test results)  
• Experience with native iOS, Android development
• Contributions to open-source software projects
• Experience with CI/CD workflows
