Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender documents for high-rise building projects.
Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements to ensure accuracy in project costing.
Evaluate and analyze contractor bids and tenders, negotiating terms and pricing.
Monitor project budgets and control costs throughout the construction phase.
Manage contract administration and variations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on project scope and costs.
Identify potential cost risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Prepare regular reports on project costs, forecasts, and financial status.
Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with proven expertise in high-rise building projects.
Strong knowledge of tendering processes and pre-contract cost estimation.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
