Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Quality Control Lead role based in Gurgaon. The Quality Control Lead will oversee daily quality control operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, conducting quality audits, implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and leading a team to maintain and improve quality assurance protocols. Collaboration with the design and production teams to address quality issues and improve product reliability is key.

Qualifications

• Quality Control, Ensuring adherence to quality standards and monitoring production processes
• Quality Assurance and Quality Management, Implementing and managing quality assurance protocols
• Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Quality Auditing
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
