Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with ISMs and system teams to plan and execute technical integrated, end-to-end, and regression testing.
• Participate in agile development processes, working closely with developers and product managers to strategize testing efforts.
• Utilize test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr for effective test execution and oversight.
• Monitor progress throughout the testing lifecycle to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Develop and maintain reusable automated test scripts, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing test automation enhancements.
• Act as the primary escalation point for issues during the integrated testing phase.
• Review and refine test strategies to meet defined quality objectives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in test management methodologies and practices.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Manage resource allocation to ensure projects are staffed with skilled personnel.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering knowledge transfer and professional development.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in automation testing frameworks and tools
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr for test management
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management principles
• Experience in integrated, regression, and end-to-end testing
• Ability to develop and maintain reusable automated test scripts
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills
• Familiarity with healthcare technology projects (preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset
