Own and maintain a well-prioritized backlog of enhancements, bug fixes, and configuration updates to support two agile development teams. Ensure all work items meet the Definition of Ready and track progress throughout sprints to the Definition of Done. Drive backlog refinement and sprint planning, collaborating closely with engineering, QA, and UI/UX to ensure feasibility and clarity. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the primary liaison between engineering and cross-functional stakeholders including Clinical SMEs, Customer Support, Implementation, and Product Managers. Attend and actively contribute to daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Set clear expectations and communicate progress, trade-offs, and risks effectively to internal stakeholders. Post-Launch Evaluation & Continuous Improvement Collaborate with QA and SMEs to validate that solutions meet the intended business value and are clinically sound. Conduct post-launch analysis to collect feedback, monitor adoption, and identify areas for further improvement. Qualifications Required: 5–7 years of experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS or enterprise software environment. Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams. Ability to translate ambiguous customer requests into clear problem statements and user stories. Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills. Experience working with workflow tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro) and backlog tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira). Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across time zones and disciplines. Preferred Experience in healthcare, clinical documentation, or workflow automation. Familiarity with healthcare terminology, regulatory requirements, or working with physicians/clinical SMEs. Comfort facilitating discussions across technical and clinical stakeholders to gather context and drive clarity. Why Join Us? This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems, managing feedback pipelines, and delivering tangible value through continuous product improvement. You’ll play a critical role in improving the daily experience of clinical users and patients by ensuring enhancements are rooted in real needs and executed with precision.
