This individual will be a part of a product focused Scrum team that is responsible for enhancing and maintaining the Ignite delivery platform utilized by the Audit business unit to deliver their services.

• The Senior Quality Analyst role works within our Product Engineering team to implement inspection activities to detect problems and ensure the product meets the established quality standards.
• This role leads initiatives with little guidance to the definition of done, works with and guides immediate peers, and communicates across the immediate team.
• Reviews User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.
• Designs, develops, maintains functional test cases and ensures all tests are traceable.
• Develops and maintains quality strategy for product team.
• Ensures that user expectations are met during the testing process.
• Implements and monitors test cases to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
• Fosters a collaborative relationship with developers to maximize value of testing.
• Identifies potential quality issues per defined process and escalates reported potential quality issues to the scrum team.
  

Qualifications: (Include years of experience):

• Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Computer Science or engineering fields, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of relevant QA experience.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology including all Agile ceremonies.
• Understanding of the various QA terminologies, SDLC and STLC.
• Knowledge of QA Best Practices and supporting processes.
• Experience writing SQL queries and querying relational databases.
