Senior QA Engineer - Salesforce

As a Quality Assurance professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Salesforce applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications. - Conducting functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for Salesforce implementations. - Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla and collaborating with the development team for resolution. - Ensuring that new and existing Salesforce functionalities meet business requirements without impacting system performance. - Maintaining test documentation such as test scripts, test data, and test reports. - Collaborating closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to facilitate smooth testing cycles. - Staying updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends. - Providing recommendations for enhancements to improve the efficiency and functionality of Salesforce applications. In addition to the above responsibilities, the following qualifications are required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance. - Mandatory Salesforce Administrator certification, OR a minimum of 1 year of experience in Salesforce projects. - Hands-on experience in testing various Salesforce functionalities including Objects, Roles, Fields, Customization, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Data Loader, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flows, and Permission Sets. - Familiarity with Reports and Dashboards; knowledge of Tableau CRM is a plus. - Experience with automated testing tools for Salesforce is advantageous. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.,
