Job Description

Senior QA Engineer specializing in Salesforce

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for Salesforce applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using standard bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
Conduct Salesforce platform testing configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
Automate test cases using tools like Selenium, Provar, or similar.
Analyze results, prepare QA reports, and ensure timely defect resolution.
Stay updated with latest Salesforce features and testing best practices.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing (Functional + Automation).
Good understanding of Salesforce modules, workflows, and data models.
Experience with API testing (Postman, REST/SOAP).
Familiarity with Provar, Selenium, or UFT.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
