About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Analyst with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will lead QA efforts, ensure the delivery of high-quality products, and mentor junior team members while working closely with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the design, planning, and execution of manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or Cypress.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, and usability testing.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or other bug tracking tools.
  • Work collaboratively with developers, product owners, and project managers to ensure product quality.
  • Conduct cross-browser and mobile device testing for compatibility and performance.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing QA insights and estimations.
  • Review test documentation and produce detailed reports on testing outcomes.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and drive QA best practices within the team.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 8–12 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
  • Proven experience testing web and mobile (iOS/Android) applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Appium, TestNG, Cypress, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong understanding of API testing (Postman, Rest Assured).
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
