We are seeking a talented Senior Python Fullstack Developer to join a dynamic technology team focused on building scalable, high-performance web applications. In this role, you will lead technical initiatives, design and implement robust backend and frontend systems, and mentor junior developers. You will collaborate closely with design and product teams to deliver user-centric solutions while maintaining best practices in code quality, scalability, and maintainability. Accountabilities
- Architect and develop responsive, performant user interfaces using React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, Redux, and modern frontend frameworks
- Collaborate with design and product teams to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality, production-ready code
- Implement frontend testing strategies using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar tools to ensure code quality
- Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Develop scalable, modular backend services with reusability and testability in mind
- Manage integrations with third-party APIs, services, and databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
- Implement authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth2, JWT) to ensure secure applications
- Monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and maintain technical documentation for internal and external use
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer with a focus on Python and React.js
- Strong expertise in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend technologies
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with Docker, Git, and modern CI/CD workflows
- Familiarity with system design, microservices architecture, caching strategies, and asynchronous processing
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior developers
