Senior Purchasing Manager -Animal nutrition

We are looking for a seasoned 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 with 12+ years of experience in the Animal Nutrition industry to lead and strengthen our procurement function. This role is critical in driving efficient supplier negotiations, ensuring uninterrupted raw material supply, and contributing to long-term business strategy.

🔑 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

● Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials to support production needs.

● Define and execute purchasing strategies ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and supplier diversification.

● Develop and implement departmental policies aligned with organizational strategy.

● Lead and manage a team (6–12 FTE), enabling professional growth and operational efficiency.

● Monitor raw material market trends, price fluctuations, and report impacts on business.

● Build and maintain strong supplier networks, ensuring sustainable partnerships.

● Support production and other departments with inventory insights and market knowledge.
