Senior Public Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Media Outreach & Relationship Building

• Manage strong relationships with journalists and media outlets across print, digital, and broadcast channels.
• Coordinate media outreach, follow-ups, and ensure regular coverage for the brand.
• Support in drafting media materials, including press releases, briefing documents, and media advisories.
• Identify timely media opportunities and align story pitches with editorial calendars and trending topics.

Coordination

• Coordination with the content team to develop engaging and on-brand content such as press releases, articles and event briefs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and craft relevant communication material.
• Support the development of presentations and speaking points for company representatives.

Campaigns

• Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns, media events, product launches and press conferences.
• Coordinate logistics with media and event agencies.
• Ensure smooth execution and timely media coverage of events and campaigns.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor media coverage and create daily/weekly/monthly media reports.
• Analyze coverage for reach, tone and alignment with key messaging.
• Maintain PR documentation and media clippings database.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a PR role (agency).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong media network and understanding of media dynamics.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work collaboratively across teams.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
