Senior Public Relations Executive

As a competent professional at Torque Communications, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, developing and executing content strategies, and fostering media relations. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach, coupled with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering impactful PR mandates, will be key to succeeding in this multifaceted role. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction and actively communicate with them on a regular basis. You will be responsible for all content-related deliverables outlined in the client mandate. - Conduct research based on briefs from subject matter experts and function heads to create targeted, insightful content that aligns with client requirements and narrative strategies. - Oversee the strategic dissemination of content, ensuring timely and accurate communication of organizational news to the appropriate audiences across various platforms. - Pitch client stories and secure media coverage to enhance brand visibility and reputation in targeted publications. - Continuously monitor content performance, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement and impact in alignment with evolving trends and client objectives. - Develop customized, impactful content that resonates with the client's target audience, strategically influencing media narratives and driving content engagement across key platforms. - Track and analyze media coverage of client content, evaluating effectiveness and reach. Generate regular reports with insights and recommendations to enhance future content strategies. - Strategize and execute a plan of action in crisis situations. - Coordinate and execute PR events comfortably. Qualifications: - Experience: 3-5 years. Mid-level professionals should possess a minimum of 2 years of core experience in communication or a relevant field. - Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Social Sciences, Research Analysis, or a related domain. - Desirable qualifications: Experience working in a PR or Media platform handling various clients. Senior candidates should have a consistent work history in an organization for at least 2 years within the past three years.
