Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager with expertise in managing AI/ML-driven US healthcare products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare technology, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR), and end-to-end project delivery. This role requires leadership in managing cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project execution, and driving AI/ML initiatives within healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of AI/ML-powered healthcare products while ensuring compliance with US healthcare regulations. Oversee project lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and healthcare domain experts to drive innovation. Ensure adherence to HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare interoperability standards. Manage stakeholder expectations and work closely with clients, internal teams, and regulatory bodies. Define and track KPIs, project timelines, and budget while ensuring on-time delivery. Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring scalability and efficiency of AI/ML solutions. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering an agile and results-driven culture. Required Skills & Qualifications 14+ years of IT project management experience, with a strong focus on US healthcare products. Proven expertise in AI/ML applications in healthcare (predictive analytics, NLP, automation, etc. Deep understanding of healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, DICOM, etc. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML technologies. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare product development and deployment in the US market. Strong technical background in data science, AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and MLOps.
