Senior Project/Delivery Manager - Agile Methodologies

Job Description: As a Senior Project Manager/Delivery Manager at our company located in Technopark campus, Trivandrum, you will play a crucial role in managing AI/ML-driven US healthcare products. Your responsibilities will include leading the development and delivery of AI/ML-powered healthcare solutions, ensuring compliance with US healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and delivery of AI/ML-powered healthcare products while ensuring compliance with US healthcare regulations. - Oversee project lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. - Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and healthcare domain experts to drive innovation. - Ensure adherence to HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare interoperability standards. - Manage stakeholder expectations and work closely with clients, internal teams, and regulatory bodies. - Define and track KPIs, project timelines, and budget while ensuring on-time delivery. - Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring scalability and efficiency of AI/ML solutions. - Lead and mentor project teams, fostering an agile and results-driven culture. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 14+ years of IT project management experience, with a strong focus on US healthcare products. - Proven expertise in AI/ML applications in healthcare (predictive analytics, NLP, automation, etc.). - Deep understanding of healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, DICOM, etc.). - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML technologies. - Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in healthcare product development and deployment in the US market. - Strong technical background in data science, AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and MLOps.
