Senior Project & Program Manager- Oracle

Role Summary

We are seeking seasoned Delivery with 1620 years of experience in delivery and program management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale, complex, multi-technology implementations, transformations, and migrations. This role is especially critical for turning around troubled projects, requiring the ability to assess the current state, define recovery strategies, and execute turnaround plans while minimizing impacts on cost, schedule, and scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery recovery efforts, including issue identification, impact assessment, recovery solutioning, and turnaround execution.
• Establish robust governance frameworks aligned with TDLC, Agile, or SAFe methodologies.
• Re-baseline delivery plans, proactively manage risks/issues, and realign commitments with client expectations.
• Monitor and enhance Delivery Experience (DEX), improve KPIs, and drive reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
• Lead Steering Committees, executive connects, and stakeholder governance routines.
• Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., SPI, burn rate, forecast accuracy, margin, budget compliance) and execute commercial resets & EAC recovery initiatives.
• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to resolve complex technical and program challenges.
• Define and manage contract deliverables, including financial constructs, liabilities, dependencies, and entry/exit criteria
• Drive continuous improvement using Agile methods, quality frameworks, and thought leadership.
• Mentor, coach, and build high-performing delivery teams with workforce planning, onboarding, and capability development.

Skills Required

• Demonstrated experience in program recovery, stabilization, and delivery turnaround.
• Strong understanding of Agile, SI delivery principles, governance, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on expertise in at least one enterprise platform: SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, o9 Solutions, or equivalent supply chain platform.
• Experience across multiple industries such as Health, Products, Communications, Media, Technology, Utilities, Financial Services, or Life Sciences.
• Proficiency in one or more business domains: Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Customer Experience.
• Strong contract management and commercial optimization expertise.
• Experience in AMS end-to-end recovery.
• Exposure to GenAI technologies and platform realignment strategies.
• Delivered thought leadership and reusable playbooks for delivery recovery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 15 years full-time education.
• 1620 years of progressive experience in delivery, program, and project management.
• Mandatory: PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent.
