Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the implementation of industry X solutions for capital projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Experience working on large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong leadership and management skills to motivate and inspire team members.
