Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management and Delivery:

• Monitor and manage all operational and strategic projects to ensure delivery time within approved budgets
• Supervise application development, hardware infrastructure, and security initiatives from conception to completion
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies using MS Project or advanced project management tools
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and organizational impact
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as needed

• Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets across all technology initiatives
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgets
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and ROI assessments for proposed projects
• Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for cost optimization
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management review

Strategic Planning & Governance

• Ensure all projects adhere to established methodologies, standards, and best practices
• Develop and maintain project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms
• Contribute to technology roadmap planning and strategic initiatives
• Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance project delivery efficiency
• Align project outcomes with broader business and technology strategy

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the real estate industry.
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Coordinate with IT and tech teams to ensure seamless integration of technology in project workflows.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management.

Continuous Improvement:

• Establish best practices for project management and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.
• Implement tools and techniques to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.

Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
• Develop contingency plans to address potential project roadblocks.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Background

• Bachelors degree in engineering (Computer sciebce, IT or related field)
• Advanced degree or certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.

Professional Experience

• 12+ years of progressive project management experience
• Proven track record in project implementation roles within top-tier service organizations or Big 4 consulting firms
• Experience managing large-scale, complex technology projects involving applications, infrastructure, and security
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget

Technical Competencies

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent enterprise project management tools
• Strong understanding of application development lifecycles, infrastructure management, and security frameworks
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
• Technology-savvy with ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms
• Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) both Salesforce (Force.com) and Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is an added advantage
