Senior Project Manager

Job Summary – Project Manager (Solar EPC) We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale Solar EPC projects from planning to commissioning. The role involves acting as the primary client contact, conducting site investigations, and ensuring smooth coordination of engineering approvals. You will manage Scope of Work, budgets, schedules, DPRs, and overall project cashflows while leading on-site teams including Engineers, HSE, QC, and vendors. The candidate must ensure statutory compliance, HSE standards, and risk-free project execution. Strong expertise in AC/DC systems, switchyards, and transmission infrastructure is essential. Applicants should have a B.Tech/B.E in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil along with 5+ years of solar project management experience (100MWp+ preferred). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities are required. The role demands hands-on execution capability and readiness to travel to project sites

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹76,374.07 per month
