Role Overview As a Digital Marketing Executive at axiusSoftware, you will play a key role in planning, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. You will work closely with the leadership team to enhance our brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and improve our online presence across international markets (primarily the USA, Singapore, and India). Key Responsibilities 1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve keyword rankings and website visibility. Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink strategy development. Collaborate with content and web teams to ensure SEO-friendly website structure and content optimization. Monitor Google Search Console and Analytics for website performance insights. 2. SEM & Paid Campaigns Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns. Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates to ensure ROI-driven performance. Manage A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages. 3. Social Media Marketing Create engaging social media content calendars aligned with brand objectives. Track engagement metrics and audience growth across platforms. 4. Content Marketing Write and Coordinate with the content team to create SEO-friendly blogs, case studies, and website content. Ideate campaign content around industry trends (AI, Mobile App Development, Digital Transformation, etc.). Manage blog publishing schedules and internal link-building strategies. 5. Email Marketing & Automation Plan and execute targeted B2B email campaigns using tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho Campaigns. Build segmented mailing lists and track open rates, CTR, and conversions. Support lead nurturing workflows and CRM integration. 6. Analytics & Reporting Prepare weekly and monthly digital performance reports (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media). Analyze traffic trends, keyword performance, and ROI from marketing initiatives. Recommend data-backed strategies for continuous improvement. 7. Website & Landing Page Optimization Work with designers and developers to improve website UX and lead capture funnels. Monitor heatmaps and analytics to identify conversion bottlenecks. Requirements Educational Qualification Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.) will be a plus. Experience 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing , preferably in an IT / Software Services / B2B environment. Technical Skills Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager . Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Ubersuggest. Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite). Familiarity with WordPress, HubSpot, or other CMS platforms . Basic understanding of HTML, CSS , and website analytics tools is a plus. Basic design knowledge using Canva, Figma or Adobe is a plus. Soft Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Creative thinker with an eye for detail. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams.
