Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in project management and fabrication. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead, manage, and coordinate the full project lifecycle—from initiation to execution—by taking complete ownership and accountability. Your responsibilities include planning, budgeting, procurement, execution, and final delivery, while ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, timelines, and cost parameters. You will be the primary point of contact for the client, providing timely and transparent updates on all project activities—upcoming, ongoing, or pending. A high level of attention to detail and an uncompromising commitment to quality are essential to succeed in this role. Proactive, consistent, and precise communication with clients, internal teams, and vendors is a critical aspect of this role. You should have the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. JOB DESCRIPTION: Lead the planning and execution of multiple exhibit projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless coordination across all phases. Collaborate closely with design teams, internal departments, subcontractors, and manpower agencies to ensure the right resources are allocated for timely project delivery. Prepare detailed project schedules (using MS Project or MS Excel) and ensure stands are delivered on time and within budget. Review, interpret, and validate drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure alignment with project objectives. Manage all client communication and maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout each project stage. Identify, manage, and resolve project-related issues or conflicts to maintain smooth execution. Evaluate subcontractor performance and ensure optimal deployment of resources on-site. Set and manage expectations with subcontractors, clearly communicating tasks, responsibilities, and timelines to ensure alignment across all teams. Track project budgets, review and approve vendor invoices, and support billing and certification processes. Lead internal and external project review meetings, submitting periodic progress reports to management and clients. Ensure all project documentation, reports, and handover processes are completed in accordance with company standards and protocols.
