Senior Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Should be capable of coordinating between the Architect and Consultants, as well as managing documentation related to drawings, specifications, and instructions.

2. Should demonstrates a thorough understanding of the procurement process, contract management, and contract conditions, including tendering and negotiations preceding award of the contract.

3. Should be proficient in preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, verification of completed work measurements and rate analysis for pricing work items. Should be able to manage variations and change orders throughout the project life cycle.

4. Should be experienced in budget preparation, cost control, and conducting variance analyses. And capable of scheduling project activities, updating timelines, and handling claims for time extensions and reimbursement of incurred costs.

5. Should monitor the work to ensure strict adherence to quality and safety procedures and ensure that records including check lists and other documentation are being maintained.

6. Experience in delivering large-scale hospital construction projects, alongside robust knowledge of hospital regulatory requirements and a sound understanding of clinical workflows, technical equipment specifications, integration with other services, procurement processes, regulatory compliance, and commissioning protocols related to the installation and commissioning of medical equipment would be preferred.

7. Must maintain records of all meetings and provide regular updates of the progress of work to the management. Must ensure that decisions are taken at the right time to ensure that there is no delay in the project.

B.E. (Civil),

Post Graduate qualification from NICMAR University preferably MBA/ PGDM in Advanced Project Management.
