Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple functions
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and KPIs
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide progress reporting
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Coach and mentor junior project managers or coordinators
• Ensure projects align with strategic objectives and compliance requirements

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields
• 5+ years of proven experience in project management (consulting or corporate)
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, PRINCE2)
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Fluent in English (German/French is a strong plus)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
