Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager (BFSI) at Impacto DigiPin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (DIGIFIN) in Marathahalli, Bangalore, your role involves managing and delivering large-scale IT projects in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector. You will bring strategic oversight, stakeholder management, and technical knowledge to drive critical BFSI initiatives within strict timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, plan, and execute high-value IT projects in the BFSI domain from inception to closure. - Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resource planning, and deliverables. - Act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and technology teams. - Oversee technical solutioning across various platforms including front-end, back-end, mobile applications, Java platforms, AML systems, and BFSI-specific technologies. - Drive project governance to ensure compliance with BFSI regulatory, risk, and security frameworks. - Conduct regular project steering meetings, progress reviews, and risk assessments. - Mentor and guide cross-functional project teams for successful execution. - Ensure timely reporting of project health, milestones, and escalations to leadership. - Implement project management best practices (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) tailored to BFSI projects. **Qualifications Required:** - 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on BFSI sector projects. - Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with strict compliance requirements. - Strong technical acumen in front-end, back-end, mobile app development, Java platforms, AML systems, and BFSI-related technologies. - Solid knowledge of BFSI regulations, compliance, and security standards. - Demonstrated expertise in budget control, risk management, and on-time delivery of projects. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, JIRA, and MS Project. - Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Agile, or CSM are highly desirable. This is a contract/part-time role for 36 months with onsite presence required at Marathahalli, Bangalore. Immediate joiners are preferred.,
