As a Backend Developer in our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining secure and performant APIs (REST/gRPC) for both internal and external usage. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient implementation of AML processes in Golang-based systems. Your role will involve optimizing system latency to improve customer experience during high-throughput operations. Additionally, you will play a key role in enforcing PCI DSS compliance, including security headers and authentication mechanisms. Troubleshooting and resolving complex integration challenges with third-party platforms will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of hands-on backend development experience and a strong background in Nest.JS and Golang in production settings. A deep understanding of REST APIs and gRPC, with a focus on authentication and secure communication, is essential. Practical experience with AML systems using Golang and a solid grasp of PCI DSS standards and secure backend practices are highly valued. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test, especially in diagnosing and reducing latency in complex systems. Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes will be beneficial. If you have previous experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated industries, it will be an advantage. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, as well as familiarity with observability and performance monitoring tools, will further strengthen your profile.
