Location: Kolkata Industry: Multi-Specialty Hospital Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering Experience: 15+ years total, with at least 5+ years in hospital/infrastructure project management Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of multi-specialty hospital infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and extensive experience in planning, budgeting, and executing hospital construction projects. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end hospital infrastructure projects, from planning to handover. Ensure project execution within defined timelines, cost, quality, and compliance parameters. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Prepare and monitor project budgets, timelines (Gantt charts, PERT/CPM), and progress reports. Ensure regulatory and safety compliance specific to hospital construction (e.g., NABH, Fire, Structural Safety norms). Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and risk assessments regularly. Oversee tendering, procurement, and vendor negotiation processes. Ensure integration of medical equipment and utility planning (gas lines, HVAC, electricals, water treatment). Resolve site execution issues and manage workforce performance on-site. Report directly to top management on project status, risks, and resource needs. Candidate Requirements Educational Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Total Experience: Minimum 15 years in project management of civil construction. Relevant Experience: At least 5 years in hospital or healthcare infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of hospital compliance standards (NABH, MEP, medical gas pipeline systems, etc.). Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera preferred). Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Willingness to be based in Kolkata and travel to project sites as needed. Show more Show less
