Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with 11 to 15 years of experience in Business Operations and Asset & Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards. This hybrid role requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Oversee the planning execution and monitoring of project activities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements define project scope and establish clear objectives.
Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Asset & Wealth Management.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members stakeholders and clients.
Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
Implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage project budgets track expenses and ensure financial accountability.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline project workflows and documentation.
Provide mentorship and support to junior project managers and team members.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Business Operations with extensive experience in Asset & Wealth Management.
Demonstrate proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
Show expertise in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Possess the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Demonstrate knowledge of Advisor-Client Account management is a plus.
Exhibit strong leadership and team management skills.
Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Have a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Display the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
Possess a relevant project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.

Certifications Required

PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.
