Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, including project schedules,

budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other

stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered according to plan.

  • Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage project budgets and ensure that costs

are controlled and reported accurately.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure that projects are

delivered on time and within budget.

  • Quality Control: Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards

by implementing quality control processes and procedures.

  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations, including those of

investors, customers, and regulatory authorities.

  • Reporting and Compliance: Ensure that all necessary reports and documentation are

submitted to stakeholders and regulatory authorities in a timely and accurate manner
