Role: AI Technical Program Manager
Location: Bangalore, India
Job Summary –
We are seeking an AI Technical Program Manager to lead global, cross‑site program execution across Shanghai, Taipei, and worldwide milestones. This role will orchestrate roadmaps and dependencies, optimize asynchronous collaboration across time zones, and align certification and release planning to ensure seamless delivery. The ideal candidate will drive measurable improvements in dependency timeliness, reduce cross‑site friction, and enhance efficiency without compromising key performance indicators.

Technical Skills
- Own cross-site roadmap & dependency register (Shanghai ↔ Taipei ↔ global milestones)
- Operate asynchronous decision & risk log preserving timezone handoff context
- Optimize meeting footprint (replace low-value sync with metrics-driven async updates)
- Align Ubuntu certification phases with release planning to avoid gate slippage
- Facilitate backlog & sprint hygiene tuned to overlap hour constraints
- Surface consolidated KPIs (dependency on-time %, blocker aging, certification adherence)
- Coordinate with global TPM / Security / DevOps to sequence migrations & remediation windows
- Run experiments to reduce cross-site friction (handoff defect leakage, meeting hours per engineer)
- Escalate structural timezone or vendor delays with impact + option matrix
- Target ≥90% dependency on-time and ≥20% APAC meeting hour reduction without KPI regression
Education And Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Certifications in Program/Project Management (PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, Scrum) or AI/ML fundamentals are a strong plus.
- 6+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in AI/ML, DevOps, or large‑scale software environments.
- Proven success managing cross‑site, global programs with complex dependencies across multiple time zones.
- Strong background in roadmap ownership, dependency tracking, and risk management with measurable KPI improvements.
- Hands‑on experience with agile methodologies, backlog/sprint hygiene, and asynchronous collaboration practices.
- Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu certification cycles, release planning, and compliance alignment.
- Skilled in dashboarding and KPI reporting
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
