Role Summary:

We are hiring a skilled Senior Project Engineer – Plumbing for one of our major projects in Thiruvananthapuram. This role will involve full-time site coordination, design verification, execution support, and client/vendor interaction. The ideal candidate must bring in-depth plumbing technical expertise and hands-on project experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete plumbing system execution at project site.
• Review plumbing shop drawings, layouts, and ensure compliance with design & codes.
• Coordinate between consultants, site contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Conduct daily site inspections and ensure workmanship quality.
• Track and report project progress, and resolve technical/site issues on-ground.
• Supervise testing & commissioning of plumbing systems.
• Prepare material submittals, BOQs, DPRs, and ensure timely approvals.
• Ensure adherence to IS codes, NBC, UPC, and green building guidelines where applicable.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3 to 10 years of experience in plumbing system design and site execution.
• Expertise in water supply, drainage, STP, rainwater harvesting & pumping systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of Revit MEP is a plus.
• Strong technical coordination, documentation, and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work full-time at project site (Thiruvananthapuram).

Preferred:

• Previous experience in high-rise or township projects.
• Familiarity with firefighting systems and green building practices.
