Job Description

As a Senior Project Engineer at the company, your role will involve planning, organizing, and managing resources to ensure projects are completed within the specified time frame, budget, and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project execution aligns with the established plan. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor the progress of work according to the Master project schedule - Ensure alignment of work at the site with drawings and specifications - Provide timely reminders to contractors regarding schedule delays - Verify workability and adherence to standards in the work statement submitted by contractors - Anticipate and address potential bottlenecks to prevent delays, and report critical activities to the client - Advise contractors on enhancing resource productivity through work study techniques - Supervise procurement of materials, equipment, and labor, advising on improvements as necessary - Administer contracts and assist in resolving disputes during the contract period - Support QA/QC in meeting quality parameters - Assist the safety team in implementing safety standards and conducting job safety analysis - Report abnormal developments in work progress, safety, quality, and resources to the project manager - Clarify specifications and maintain continuous communication with the Project Manager - Monitor construction activity, schedule, adherence to budgets, and take actions to reduce non-conformance costs - Propose cost-saving solutions, negotiate change orders, and manage project risk - Implement system requirements in detailed plans until project completion - Ensure full implementation of project construction and safety management plans Qualifications Required: - B.E in Civil Engineering with 5 to 10 years of experience in building projects - Technical proficiency in civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works - Strong organizational and motivational skills - Exceptional attention to detail and observational abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Note: Omitted additional company details as they were not provided in the job description.),
