Role Overview:

Sr. Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and timelines.
• Assist Project Managers in planning, tracking, and delivering projects on time.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and updates.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), and follow up on tasks.
• Act as a liaison between clients, technical teams, and management to ensure smooth communication.
• Track project risks and issues, escalate when needed, and support resolution.
• Help manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project processes.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously, managing changing priorities effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably IT or Business).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in the IT/Software industry.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or CRM projects (nice to have, not mandatory).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
