Senior Program Manager

• Skilled in facilitating meaningful dialogue across cultures and geographies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, employee groups, and external partners.
• Experience in promoting employee engagement through storytelling, creative initiatives, and community-building efforts.
• Familiarity with inclusive hiring practices and collaboration with talent acquisition teams.
• Experience working with employee experience or HR teams to support development, retention, and career growth strategies.
• Ability to define, track, and report on program metrics and outcomes.
• Deep understanding of regional nuances and cultural dynamics across international markets.
• Experience working in a global organization with sensitivity to local customs, languages, and business practices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
