WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Production to lead and manage our end-to-end sourcing and production planning functions. This is a strategic leadership role that involves close coordination with design, merchandising, sourcing partners, vendors, and production units to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. You should be someone who thrives in high-growth environments, understands the nuances of fabric sourcing, vendor management, and production timelines, and can translate design intent into executable production plans — on time and within budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and onboard reliable fabric and trim vendors across India.
• Negotiate costs, lead times, and minimum order quantities to balance quality and margins.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure consistent quality checks and compliance.
• Develop and manage detailed production schedules as per monthly plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely order completion.
• Monitor order status, resolve delays, and manage raw material inventory efficiently.
• Work closely with Design, Merchandising, Quality, and Logistics teams for smooth production flow.
• Proactively address production or sourcing challenges with practical solutions.
• Implement and refine SOPs to streamline sourcing and production processes.
• Use trackers and dashboards to ensure transparency and accountability across the supply chain.

WHO ARE YOU?

• 8+ years of experience in sourcing, vendor development, and/or apparel production planning.
• Strong knowledge of textiles, trims, garment construction, and the Indian supply ecosystem.
• Experience in managing timelines, production capacity, and cost negotiation.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented D2C environment.
• Preferably a graduate in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or Production Management.
