Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Pune for a Senior Production Engineer. The Senior Production Engineer will oversee production processes, ensure quality control, and optimize production planning. Daily tasks include monitoring production performance, conducting root cause analysis for process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Expertise in Production Engineering and Production Planning Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve issues Experience in Quality Control to maintain high standards of product quality Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field Prior experience in valve manufacturing or a related industry is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment interested can write us on jobs@poonawallagroup.com Show more Show less
