Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HMC Operator located in Pune. The HMC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCs) to manufacture valve components. Daily tasks include setting up machines, loading and unloading workpieces, monitoring machine performance, conducting quality checks, and performing routine maintenance. The operator will adhere to safety protocols and production schedules to ensure timely and efficient operations. Qualifications Experience in operating Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCs) and related machinery Knowledge of machine setup, workpiece loading/unloading, and performance monitoring Skills in conducting quality checks and routine maintenance Understanding of safety protocols and production schedules Attention to detail and precision in manufacturing processes Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in the valve manufacturing industry is a plus Relevant vocational or technical training in machining or a related field Show more Show less
