Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineer PMO located in Pune. The Engineer PMO will be responsible for program management, including planning, executing, and overseeing projects. Day-to-day tasks will involve managing project schedules, tracking progress, budgeting, and ensuring effective communication across teams. The role will also require analytical skills to evaluate project performance and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to evaluate project performance
• Expertise in Program Management and Project Management
• Excellent Communication skills for team coordination
• Experience with Budgeting and financial management
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Relevant industry experience is a plus
