Senior Production Engineer

Role Overview: As part of the Glass Fibre Composite Industry, your role will involve overseeing production and operations activities. This includes production planning, shop-floor management, assembly line optimization, quality control, supply chain coordination, and resource utilization. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule production, supervise manpower, minimize defects, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Additionally, you will be involved in resource allocation, refining production processes for efficiency, and waste reduction. Key Responsibilities: - Production scheduling and supervision of manpower and production activities - Minimizing defects and ensuring adherence to quality standards - Resource allocation and management - Refining production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Diploma degree in a relevant field - Minimum 6+ years of experience in the Building Material Industry - Knowledge of AUTO CAD - Sound knowledge in Advance Excel and PowerPoint Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.,
