Role Overview: You are an experienced Mechanical Engineer with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in the Sheet Metals Industry, specifically in drawer channel manufacturing. Your role involves leading process improvements, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing manufacturing efficiency in a manufacturing company located in Faridabad. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage mechanical design, development, and production processes for drawer channels. - Supervise and optimize sheet metal fabrication processes including punching, bending, and forming. - Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for plating (ZINC/CED) quality and process control. - Develop and implement assembly line setups and fixtures to improve efficiency and reduce rework. - Analyze product failures and implement corrective/preventive actions. - Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability. - Ensure compliance with ISO/quality management systems and company standards. - Prepare and maintain documentation, BOMs, and process sheets. - Support new product development (NPD) and continuous process improvement initiatives. Qualification Required: - B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
