Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Production Engineer at our Nawai facility. The Senior Production Engineer will oversee and optimize production operations, develop and implement production plans, ensure adherence to quality control standards, and improve manufacturing efficiency. The role involves analyzing production processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in production engineering and production planning
Strong analytical skills for process improvement and problem-solving
Experience in quality control practices to ensure high production standards
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of manufacturing technologies and tools to enhance operations
Ability to lead and guide teams toward achieving production objectives
Bachelor's degree in Production, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is an added advantage
