8+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis.
Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management, and product lifecycle management.
Strong experience in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess business processes, data quality, and user impact.
Comfortable working in matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
Prior experience in financial services, or technology platforms preferred
Exposure to compliance, financial services
Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence).
Good to have Certifications such as CSPO, PMI-PBA, CBAP, or SAFe PO
Bachelors or masters degree in business, IT, Finance, or related field.
