As a Technical Product Manager at Zinnia, you will play a key role in facilitating communication between Technology/Engineering departments and other areas like operations, Finance, Licensing, and Commissions to ensure the implementation of high-quality business solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Contributing to the execution of product lifecycle processes for InsurTech products, such as product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, roadmap development, and product launch. - Engaging in technical discussions with the Engineering team and managing technical/business requirements effectively. - Providing research and analysis to support management in decision-making processes. - Analyzing consumer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI perspective. - Gaining a deep understanding of existing systems, identifying product gaps, generating new ideas to improve customer experience and drive growth. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the fulfillment of product requirements and transition products from development to commercialization. - Assisting in determining product delivery dates for new releases and maintenance releases, and identifying business needs and priorities. To be successful in this role, you will need: - 5+ years of work experience or education in systems, quantitative analysis, and business solutions development. - Strong background as a Product Manager or Business Analyst/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment. - Hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis, etc. - Knowledge of SDLC, technology system interfaces, data integration, networks, and operating systems. - Excellent customer service and relationship management skills. - Proficiency in Business Process Modeling and strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. - Willingness to develop industry-related knowledge and be analytical, organized, and self-motivated. - Background from BFSI Industry is a plus.
