Senior Technical Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead an internal (and occasionally external) product group composed of multiple Product Managers and will be accountable for product outcomes across the Altir portfolio. You will collaborate closely with internal and customer stakeholders to define user journeys, set product priorities, and manage multi-quarter product roadmaps. You will partner with designers, TPMs, and engineers to ensure product specifications are scoped, articulated, and delivered efficiently through discovery, design, and build cycles. You will also be responsible for evaluating the end-to-end business implications of product strategies, defining success metrics, and ensuring measurable business impact.

You will work across diverse product domains and industries, delivering high-quality software while empowering teams to operate at their best. The role includes participating in customer-facing activities such as discovery workshops, roadmap alignment sessions, and product demonstrations.

• 8+ years of software engineering or broader technology experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Product Management or a similar role
• Proven experience working directly with engineering teams and business stakeholders as a hands-on product leader
• Demonstrated track record of launching products that drive measurable business outcomes
• Strong people leadership experience, including building, coaching, and managing Product teams
• Hands-on experience building production-quality software in an agile environment
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to drive multi-quarter product vision and translate strategy into detailed execution plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience leading customer discovery workshops, product demos, and roadmap discussions
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams
• Familiarity with modern AI/ML technologies and their application within enterprise products
