Job Purpose

IDFC FIRST Bank is looking for a seasoned marketing professional to lead partnerships, brand collaborations, and integrated campaigns that strengthen the bank’s visibility and customer engagement. The role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments and can deliver standout work across digital, on-ground, and content-driven platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

Conceptualize innovative ideas and drive evaluation, negotiation, and execution of sponsorships, leagues, and event partnerships building affinity for the cohort.
Build 360° marketing campaigns including digital, social, influencer, and on-ground activations.
Develop branded IPs, content solutions, and experiential engagements tailored to business goals.
Manage partner relationships, ensure delivery of all rights, and monitor performance and ROI.
Identify new marketing opportunities that support retail, wealth, and corporate banking segments.
Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure high-quality, on-time execution.

Education Qualification

Graduation: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldPost-graduation: MBA

Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
